Dora Strezova-Nikolova brings to Womeno a blend of 22+ years of corporate experience within the Coca-Cola System and Danone Group, along with 4 years of digital entrepreneurship and consultancy. Her most recent roles were General Manager Coca-Cola HBC Adria Region (Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina) and General Manager of The Coca-Cola Company Bulgaria.
Dora is part of the Boards of various Business Associations such as Counsil of Women in Business, Women Green Leaders Club with International Institute for Climate Action, IAB Bulgaria, NGOs and start ups.
Her passions are strategic business transformations and people development and she invests her time in being a mentor and supporting the growth and development of young people, especially women.
Dora holds Master of Science degree in Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” and multiple leadership and professional classifications from INSEAD and IMD.
