Dr. Neli Nikolov is a senior OB/GYN and certified menopause specialist with over 25 years of international clinical experience across Europe and the Middle East. She earned her Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the Medical University of Varna and completed her Board Certification in Obstetrics & Gynecology at the Medical University of Sofia.
Dr. Nikolov is a recognized expert in hormonal health, currently practicing at Saudi German Hospital in Dubai. She integrates evidence-based medicine with a patient-centered, holistic approach, specializing in individualized Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) and the management of perimenopausal metabolic and cognitive changes.
Dr. Nikolov is currently authoring a book project on menopause, allowing her to provide even more comprehensive education to women navigating midlife health. Her commitment to women’s health extends beyond clinical care; she actively engages in digital advocacy and public health initiatives, believing that awareness empowers women to manage their hormonal journey with confidence.
